Refund & Return Policy
Awrrach LLC sells digital software only: QuickBooks Desktop licenses and Awrrach business software subscriptions. The terms below apply to all orders.
Software Subscriptions — Refund Policy
Because software subscriptions are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, all sales are final once credentials have been delivered and activated. We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: Credentials were not received within 24 hours and support could not resolve the issue.
- Non-functional product: The software does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate purchase: Accidental duplicate order reported within 24 hours of purchase.
Refund requests for software must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@awrrach.com with your order number.
Non-Refundable Items
- Activated software subscriptions and activated license keys
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
