Shipping & Delivery Policy
Awrrach LLC sells two types of products: digital software subscriptions and physical Moroccan leather goods. This policy explains delivery for both.
Digital Software Subscriptions
All Awrrach software subscriptions are delivered digitally by email. There are no physical shipments for software products. After payment confirmation, your login credentials and activation instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1–4 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If you do not receive your credentials within 4 hours, please check your spam folder. Contact us at support@awrrach.com or call +13213871311 if delivery has not arrived within 24 hours.
Physical Products — Moroccan Leather Goods
Physical products are shipped from Orlando, FL, United States. We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping (5–7 business days) is free on all physical orders. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
