Do you work remotely?
Yes. All of our services are delivered remotely. For anything requiring access to your machine we use a supervised remote session, so you can see every step as it happens.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the state of your file, and we will not guess. We review your situation first and send a written flat price before any work begins. The scope review itself is free.
What do you need before starting?
Usually a copy of your company file or read-only access, a short description of the problem, and the version of the software you are running. We confirm exactly what is needed before you send anything.
Do you provide tax advice?
No. We support the software, not the filing decisions. We can install, configure and troubleshoot tax and payroll software, but we are not a licensed tax advisory service.
What happens if the project is more complex than expected?
We come back to you before doing extra work. The quoted price stands for the agreed scope, and anything beyond it is discussed and approved first.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Every project includes a follow-up window stated in your scope. If something looks wrong after handover, we address it within that period.
